The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be tight fitted. PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency orin Indian Rupees, represents the full price of the product including the applicable GST. Any cess or taxes other than GST if applicable on the product will be added during checkout and the amount will be added to the total price of the product. Packing and Shipping charges are separate and payable by the buyer in addition to the product price. This will be added to the product price while checking out. MOON’S WARDROBE may time to time offer waiver of shipping charges as special privileges to certain buyers or to all the buyers which is totally the discretion of MOON’S WARDROBE.

With respect to the items sold on moonswardrobe.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products. www.moonswardrobe.com provide the service to custom stitch certain fabric/clothing you buy from this website to your required size and styles.  These customisation/changes are done on the clothing/fabric you buy, based on your demand, tastes and choices and you are solely responsible for the final product. This service on this website, is subject to the following terms and conditions.

DELIVERY TIME

Processing time of the custom stitching/styling orders are generally 15 days from the date of the full payment unless notified and agreed otherwise. Shipping will be done on the sixteenth day and the delivery time depends on the location of final delivery and may vary from three to fifteen days.

If you wish your order to be delivered to a different address, change in delivery address is possible until 24 hours before the date of despatch and needs to be intimated us in writing and also obtain a confirmation from our end.

FINAL PRODUCT

The fabric you choose is stitched and styled to your requirements purely based on your data inputs. You must understand that any error from your end in selecting the size or style or failure in communicating the correct measurements or specific requirements to us will affect the quality of the final product and you will be solely responsible for that.

MEASUREMENTS

Measurements are taken either in personor through phone by our designers or our measurement form can be downloaded from our website or we can send the measurement form via email upon request. You may also refer to our measurement video to understand how measurements are taken. We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress or having someone help you, measuring by yourself will cause inaccurate measurement which will result in inappropriate fit of the final product.We are also not responsible for the outfits that does not fit properly but fits the specifications as per your order.

• If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed.We are not responsible for changes in body measurements from sudden weight loss or gain, etc. from the date you were measured to the final garment fitting.
• Extra costs will be incurred for alterations caused by these and the alterations will have to be factored in with other orders at the time.

Total price of the product includes the price of fabric/clothing, price of services, price of extra options chosen and packing & shipping charges and is payable fully in advance. Please also understand that the price shown is inclusive of GST and exclusive of any other cess or taxes.

• The gift packing will be done with the wrappers available at our packing & despatch department and no choice of customer can be considered in the packing style or process unless communicated and agreed otherwise.
• Personal message will be printed on a plain paper / card and that will be enclosed in the packet.
