ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders for the ready to buy products placed on www.moonswardrobe.com can be cancelled till before the despatch of the product. Normally orders received up to 01.00 PM of a working day is packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1.00 PM of a day will be considered as an order received on the next working day. However, we attempt to despatch every order at the earliest possible time, so you need to confirm with us whether your order has been despatched or not.

2. Orders for the custom made / customised/made to your measurement items can be cancelled within 12 working hours of placing the order. No cancellation request will be entertained once the making process of such customised items began. Urgent making orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund of the pre-paid orders cancelled by you will be processed by us with in three working days from the receipt of the cancellation order from you, however banks, other financial institutions, payment gateways or any other institute/organisation involved in the payment or refund process may have a different processing time which may also affect/delay the total refund processing time. We are not liable for any such delays caused by a third party legally involved in the payment/refund process.

4. In case if you want to cancel a product and buy a different product, you may opt to do so by informing us on our customer care number 9567888089. Once we confirm your new order, if the total value of the new order is more than what you have paid earlier, you may the remaining amount to www.moonswardrobe.com and in the other case the difference amount will be refunded to you as per the refund policy.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

1. All eligible orders can be cancelled by sending a message to our customer care number 9567888089. You have to furnish the order number and your intention to cancel.

2. Once we receive an eligible cancel order from you, we will issue a cancelation number to you and immediately the refund process will be initiated.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

GOODS sold through www.moonswardrobe.com or on our store MOON’S WARDROBE located at Kavumpady, Muvattupuzha are returnable against a refund of the product cost only in the following circumstances.

  • When the product you received from us has a manufacturing defect.
  • When the product you received from us has a defect arises out of defective workmanship caused by MOON’S WARDROBE
  • When the product is damaged due to a defective packing and shipping.

Other than in the above cases you will not be able to return the product and claim a refund.

However, our customers’ satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, hence if you have a genuine disagreement or dissatisfaction about the product you received from us and would like to return, you may contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product at your end. But accepting the return of the product against a refund of the product cost is solely the discretion of MOON’S WARDROBE and done at goodwill.

Steps and guidelines to Return the product

  • You must report your intention to return the product, to our customer care contact number 9567888089 within 24 hours of the receipt of the product at your end, you have to intimate us the order number and your contact number and the reason for return. You may also be asked to send to us the photo and packet opening videos of the product and the defect.
  • Product should be in its original packaging and the tags intact.
  • Once we accept your intention to return, we will issue a cancellation number for your reference.
  • Once you receive the cancellation number, you may send the product to MOON’S WARDROBE, KAVUMPADY, MUVATTUPUZHA, KERALA – 686661, INDIA by courier or post. The cost and related charges of postage/courier will be borne by you. We will not be accepting any TOPAY postage articles in this regard.
  • Once we receive the article sent by you, we will inspect the same for damages and send you an acknowledgment message.
  • Once we issue an acknowledgement number to you, you are eligible for a hundred percent refund of the product cost. Packing and shipping charges are not refundable in any circumstance.
    Your refund will be processed immediately and will be released within three working days from the date of the issuance of the acknowledgement message,.however, banks, other financial institutions, payment gateways or any other institute/organisation involved in the payment or refund process may have a different processing time which may also affect/delay the total refund processing time. We are not liable for any such delays caused by a third party legally involved in the payment/refund process.
  • Custom made /Customised /Modified/made to your measurement items are not returnable as those items are made/altered/customised as required by you to the specifications given by you.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. We ship to your location through INDIA POST, DTDC, PROFESSIONAL COURIER, BLUEDART and other suitable courier service providers.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available only within INDIA and currently this service is available only through INDIA POST

3. We send international consignments through ARAMEX, BLUEDART, INDIA POST and DHL or any other suitable courier service provider.

4. We will intimate you the despatch details as soon as your item is shipped.

5. Shipping charges are separate from the product price and to be borne by the customer unless notified/agreed otherwise.
